The Alchemy of Light and Sacred Geometry in Contemporary Art

Throughout the history of art, major evolutionary shifts have always been born from the union of two forces: a profound philosophical conviction and a technical revolution. Just as the Renaissance required the discovery of perspective and Impressionism demanded the advent of oil paint in tubes, the 21st century invites us to return to permanence and truth in the face of a digital, ephemeral environment.

Through my work, I have sought to address this need through two fundamental contributions that define my artistic language and which I have developed as a creator: the foundation of my own philosophical current that impacts well-being, Neo-Naturalism, and the creation of a unique pictorial methodology to channel it, the Kourinhaku-oil technique. A synergy where conceptual thought materializes within the most noble matter.

Neo-Naturalism: A Current for Space and the Body

Neo-Naturalism is the artistic and philosophical current that I have coined and developed. It is not a mere imitation of landscapes or the organic motifs of nature, but rather a quest that rescues the underlying mathematical laws governing the universe: sacred geometry, the golden ratio, and the Fibonacci sequence.

In contrast to abstract and transient conceptualism, my purpose in founding this current has been to take art beyond mere aesthetic contemplation, turning it into an active biological stimulus for spaces and the body itself.

The Alchemy of Space, DNA, and the Memory of Water

Contemporary studies in biophysics and neuroaesthetics demonstrate that the geometric shapes surrounding us are not innocuous: they configure a genuine alchemy in our environment and our own physiology. Our biological design responds to frequencies; the very double-helix structure of our DNA follows the golden ratio, meaning we are naturally programmed to resonate with these universal harmonic patterns. When a space emits these exact proportions, the nervous system reduces cortisol, and cells activate balancing processes.

This interaction reaches its most fascinating level through water, the element that makes up more than 70% of our organism. Fields such as cymatics and microscopic crystallization analysis reveal that water molecules possess “memory” and modify their geometric configuration according to the environmental frequencies they receive. In chaotic environments, water de-structures; however, when exposed to sacred geometry patterns, water orders itself, crystallizing into symmetrical hexagonal shapes of perfect beauty.

This molecular transformation is precisely what I pursue when transferring the principles of Neo-Naturalism to my ceramic creations. When designing these three-dimensional pieces, I do not only seek the beauty of the object, but also to create stable shape emitters. The ceramics act by interfering with and ordering the structure of the water that comes into contact with them. When ingested, this harmoniously structured water at a molecular level is optimally assimilated by the organism, transmitting that same geometric coherence to our cells and internal fluids.

I do not claim to invent the laws of physics or the mathematics of the universe, but I have created the artistic vehicle to channel them and apply them directly to human well-being.

 

Kourinhaku-oil: The Alchemical Technique of Pure Metals

A philosophical vision focused on cellular and spatial harmony required a material innovation to sustain it upon the canvas. To give life to the principles of Neo-Naturalism, I developed the Kourinhaku-oil technique, a pictorial methodology that resolves a historic technical challenge: fusing the behavior of classical Western oil painting with the hermeticism of traditional Asian lacquers (such as Urushi) and precious metals of maximum purity.

This technique, the fruit of more than two decades of training and residence in Japan, allows me to achieve a perfect cultural and material syncretism:

• A Fusion of Worlds: It allows the density and richness of oil paint to coexist in harmony with 24-karat gold leaf and, pioneeringly in the fine arts, with pure platinum.

• Conductors of Light: In Kourinhaku-oil, noble metals are not used ornamentally. They are applied as conductors of light and frequency. The artwork shifts its soul according to the lighting of the room and the position of the observer, creating a living, three-dimensional experience.

• Patrimonial Inalterability: By integrating high-purity elements (99.9%) and millennial binding techniques, the painting becomes impermeable to the passage of time. It is conceived to withstand centuries, becoming a patrimonial legacy cemented within the matter itself.

Art as Eternal Patrimony

By uniting the science of sacred geometry proposed by Neo-Naturalism with the physical purity of the most noble metals enabled by Kourinhaku-oil—as well as applying these frequencies to living mediums like ceramics—the artistic practice transforms into a form of modern alchemy.

In this way, the artwork ceases to be a transitory consumer object to become an investment in well-being, a silent dialogue between matter and spirit, and a testament that art, when connected to the order of the universe, belongs to eternity
