Artwork Concept

Youth has always represented one of humanity’s most universal symbols: vitality, renewal, creativity and the capacity for transformation.

This lithograph from Activation of the Youth Gene (2025) belongs to The Holy Grail of Art© series, a contemporary art investigation exploring longevity, transformation and human legacy through symbolism, materiality and artistic expression.

This artistic research forms part of Sonia G Caballero’s internationally recognised practice, honoured with the Global Icon of Artistic Innovation & Cultural Fusion award in the United Arab Emirates, recognising her contribution to contemporary art, cultural dialogue and the fusion of Eastern and Western artistic traditions.

Through this artwork, Sonia G Caballero explores the relationship between the human being, evolution and the continuous search for renewal. The piece creates a dialogue between art, science, philosophy and the emerging questions surrounding the future of humanity.
