Vision, Legacy, and Artistic Excellence
The Sonia G Caballero International Museum and Institute of Fine Arts and Cultural Heritage is a cultural project in development aimed at creating a unique space dedicated to the work and vision of Sonia G Caballero, conceived as an artistic and educational legacy of international projection.
This project promotes creativity, artistic research, and the preservation of traditional and contemporary high-value techniques, building a cultural bridge between Europe, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates.
As a cornerstone of this innovative legacy, the museum will safeguard and showcase works created under Neonaturalism® and Kourinhaku-oil® , two unique artistic techniques officially registered by the artist. These methodologies reflect her constant search for innovation and her exclusive fusion of Eastern philosophy with contemporary fine art, consolidating her identity within the international art market.
International Framework of the Project
The definitive location for the museum and the school is currently undergoing a detailed selection process. We are evaluating several strategic international sites that meet the high standards of innovation and transcendence required by this legacy, ensuring the environment is worthy of the collection it will house.
The space will host large-format works, jewelry, 24 k gold pieces, Japanese lacquer (urushi), and educational programs in art and music for children, reflecting the founder’s artistic excellence and prestige.
Main Areas of the Museum and School
The project includes several core areas within the Institute of Art and School of Creativity:
- Permanent Museum: Exhibiting the personal collection of Sonia G Caballero, including painting, sculpture, jewelry, and high-craft techniques.
- School of Art for Children: High-level educational programs for children, including painting, sculpture and jewelry. The school fosters creativity, artistic and excellence in each discipline.
- Concerts and Recitals: The museum serves as a premier venue for high-level concerts and recitals. By integrating live music within its architectural and artistic spaces, the museum creates a unique cultural synergy, bringing elite musical experiences to the heart of the collection.
- Guest Artist Exhibition Hall: Temporary exhibitions that engage with the aesthetic vision and philosophy of the project, creating a space for high-level cultural and artistic exchange.
Development and Support Opportunities
The project is currently in the development phase and seeks institutional support or sponsorship.
Every artwork sold contributes to the growth of the project, which aims to become an international reference in art, craftsmanship, and artistic education.
Atelier Visits:
The Sonia G Caballero atelier, a creative space in constant activity, is open to visitors interested in seeing the origin of the pieces that will form part of the future museum.
These visits allow a close experience of artistic creation, discovering recent works, large-format pieces, and exclusive techniques, previewing the experience the museum will offer once completed.
