Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw this contract within 14 days without justification.
The withdrawal period ends on the 14th day after you or any third party instructed by you, which is not the transporter, has acquired thephysical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you have to make a clear statement of your decision to terminate the contract, in a letter by e-mail to contact@soniagcaballero.com. You can use the model withdrawal formulary that is at the end of this reconnaissanceuse (not mandatory).
To comply the withdrawal period it is sufficient that the communication of the exercise by you of this right is sent before the relevant periodends.
Effects of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal of your part, we will return all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional cost, that results by choosing a different delivery method as the most cost effective delivery method that we offer) without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to terminate this contract.We proceed with the reimbursementusing the same payment method as you used in the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, no costs arise as a result of repayment.
We can withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have submitted a proof of returning the goods, whichever theterms first appeared
